2. Services Description

Blue Paradise Travel offers speedboat tours, yacht charters, and water activities in and around Phuket, Thailand. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Bookings: Must be made through our website or by contacting us directly
• Payment: A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm booking
• Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund
• Cancellation 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund
• Weather cancellations: Full refund or reschedule option

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Clients acknowledge that marine activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our tours:

• You assume all risks associated with the activities
• You acknowledge that you are in good health and physically able to participate
• You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
• You release Blue Paradise Travel from any liability for injuries or accidents

5. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made before the tour date
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) or USD as specified
• Payment is non-refundable except as per our cancellation policy

6. Guest Conduct

Guests agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our crew
• Respect the marine environment
• Not consume excessive alcohol during tours
• Treat crew members with respect and courtesy
• Comply with all local laws and regulations

7. Photographs and Videos

By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to take and use photographs and videos for marketing purposes unless you opt out in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blue Paradise Travel shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Cancellations due to weather or natural disasters
• Injuries caused by non-compliance with safety instructions
• Third-party actions or services

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
